You choose the combination of flavors to create a new taste experience for your friends or patrons.

1. Select your spirit, choose and collect your ingredients, a combination of fresh herbs, dried or fresh fruit and spices.

2. Place your spirits and chosen ingredients into a tightly sealed jar.

3. Shake jar and store in a cool, dry place; be sure to stir or shake daily to distribute flavors.

4. Check on your spirit over the next few days or weeks depending on the ingredients and intensity of flavor desired.
